Job summary

Power Design is seeking an electrical foreman to lead field teams, ensuring quality, safety and customer satisfaction. You will oversee scope, manage material and manpower, and utilize company iPads to stay on schedule.

This role requires at least five years of experience, an active journeyman or master electrician license, and solid NEC knowledge. You will mentor staff and collaborate with the project superintendent and other trades.

Qualifications

• Active journeyman or master electrician license.
• At least five years of experience managing a scope and running multimillion dollar projects.
• Proficient knowledge of the NEC and local codes.
• Basic computer and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the assigned scope with project superintendent and other trades.
• Accountable for enforcing high quality and safety standards.
• Utilize company iPad and smartphone to ensure timely, high-quality work.
• Supervise, mentor and motivate employees on the designated scope.
