Job summary

Power Design, Inc. seeks an Electrical Foreman to lead field operations, ensuring safety, quality and customer satisfaction on multi-million dollar projects.

You will work with the project superintendent and trades while utilizing technologies such as iPads and smartphones to keep work on track and exceptionally delivered. The role requires at least five years of leadership experience in electrical contracting, an active journeyman or master electrician license, and solid knowledge of NEC and

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience managing a scope and multimillion dollar projects for an electrical contractor.
• Active journeyman or master electrician license.
• Proficient knowledge of NEC, local codes and construction safety requirements.
• Basic computer and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the assigned scope with the project superintendent and trades, including material and manpower management.
• Enforce and promote high quality and safety standards on site.
• Utilize company-provided technology (iPad, smartphone) to ensure timely, exceeding customer expectations.
• Supervise, mentor and motivate employees working on designated scope.
