Job summary

Power Design is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead field teams on complex electrical projects. You will oversee scope, manage materials and manpower, ensure safety, quality and timely delivery while mentoring crew and collaborating with the project superintendent.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of leadership on multimillion-dollar electrical projects, holds a valid journeyman or master electrician license, and demonstrates strong NEC knowledge and basic

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience managing a scope and running multimillion-dollar projects for an electrical contractor.
Active Journeyman or Master Electrician license.
Proficient knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local codes.
Basic computer and writing skills.
Demonstrated leadership, integrity, accountability and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Oversee the assigned scope in collaboration with the project superintendent and other trades.
Manage materials and manpower to meet project goals.
Enforce and promote high safety and quality standards.
Mentor, supervise and motivate crew members on the designated scope.
Utilize company-provided technology (iPad, smartphone) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
