Job summary

Power Design is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead field operations with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will supervise crews, manage materials and manpower, and leverage iPads and smartphones to deliver on time and to spec.

The role requires an active journeyman or master electrician license, 5+ years of supervisory experience on multimillion-dollar electrical projects, and strong NEC/code knowledge. Travel to our training facility may be required.

Qualifications

• Active journeyman or master electrician license required.
• Minimum five years of experience managing a scope and multimillion-dollar projects.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and local codes.
• Proficient with technology and mobile devices (iPad, smartphone).

Responsibilities

• Oversee scope with project superintendent and other trades; manage materials and manpower.
• Enforce high quality and safety standards on site.
• Utilize company-provided iPad and smartphone to ensure timely, quality delivery.
• Supervise, mentor, and motivate crew working on designated scope.
