Job summary

Spectrum is hiring a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls for Internet and Voice Repair, assisting customers with troubleshooting and billing questions. You’ll work in a fast-paced, supportive environment and contribute to delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

You will engage with customers using strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, supporting Spectrum services across Internet, Mobile, TV, and Voice products.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Schedule: Ability to work a variety of schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Language: Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Experience: 6+ months of customer service or related experience; 6+ months of basic technical support experience; 6+ months of heavy volume phone experience; 6+ months working with computers and software applications.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls and provide support to Spectrum residential customers.
• Troubleshoot internet and voice repair issues; assist with basic billing inquiries and payments.
• Maintain a customer-centric approach and resolve problems with professional courtesy.
