Job summary

GetWireless LLC in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to manage the sales order process on-site. You will handle order entry, provide phone and email support, assist with new account setups, and coordinate with Supply Chain on order status.

You will work with RSE and ISR, maintain CRM-based forecasts, and ensure timely follow-up. A strong technical background in IP networking and wireless data is essential, along with excellent communication and multitasking

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing/Sales or related field.
• Associates degree considered with 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience dealing with a technical product line, preferably cellular data communications.
• Strong technical background in IP Networking and Public Wireless Data Technologies.
• Ability to become product certified with demonstrable expertise.
• Proven success in Customer Service with Value Added Resellers, OEMs and end customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be organized and able to manage time effectively.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Proficient with a CRM system and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and maintain service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Sales order process management including order entry, internal workflow, and status updates.
• General account maintenance including credit research and updating information.
• Assist sales with new account setups, quotes, and research.
• Handle inbound calls for the assigned territory.
• Maintain customer relationships with timely follow-up on inquiries.
• Collaborate with RSE and ISR to drive territory coverage and qualify opportunities.
• Assist sales with maintaining accurate sales forecasts, data gathering, and CRM reports.
