Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing/Sales.
• 2+ years of Customer Service experience with a technical product line.
• Strong knowledge of IP Networking and Public Wireless Data Technologies.
• Proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Sales order process management including order entry and status updates.
• General account maintenance including credit issues and tax certificates.
• Assist sales with new account setups and quotes.
• Handle inbound calls for the assigned territory.
• Maintain customer relationships with timely follow-up.
