Job summary

C Spire is seeking an Account Service Representative to be on the front line of our retail customer experience. You will be part of an elite, sales-focused team and help drive wireless, home services, and business sales.

With uncapped commission opportunities and career growth, this role rewards those who deliver exceptional customer service and stay current on devices and plans. Evening and Saturday shifts are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service or sales experience or a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A passion for technology and a commitment to staying current on new devices and plans.
• Ability to work a full-time, irregular schedule that includes some evenings and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Drive wireless, home services, and business sales to exceed monthly goals and unlock uncapped commission opportunities.
• Serve as a knowledgeable consultant for customers, staying up to date on devices, plans, and home services.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with integrity and enthusiasm in every interaction.
• Represent the C Spire brand with professionalism, passion, and drive.
