Job summary

Buckeye Broadband is seeking a Broadband Experience Consultant to promote and sell Buckeye products in our retail store. You will engage customers, explain features and benefits, and provide a focused needs analysis to guide purchasing decisions.

In this hourly, non-exempt role, you will travel between store locations as needed, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with team members to achieve store goals while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in quota-based sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills required.
• Ability to work independently and flexible hours; background/drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Buckeye products in-store to new and existing customers.
• Provide product knowledge and assist customers with purchasing decisions.
• Manage store inventory and handle transactions with accuracy.
