Ideal candidates have customer service and sales experience, keyboard skills, a high school diploma, and the ability to pass background and drug screening.

• Communicating accurate information to customers regarding billing invoices, cycles, procedures and processes.
• Communicating accurate information to customers regarding our products and services, achieving First Call Resolution.
• Suggestive selling to upgrade customers’ services.
• Retain existing customers using all tools, techniques and offers available.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and maintain 100% accuracy in work.
