Job summary

Buckeye Broadband is seeking a Broadband Experience Consultant to promote and sell Buckeye products to customers in-store, delivering informed recommendations and a high level of service. You will engage customers, explain features, and help choose the best package while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Understanding of Windows, iOS and Android.
• Drive to succeed in a quota-based sales environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to relate to customer needs.
• Ability to work independently and flexible hours.
• Must pass a comprehensive background and drug screen.
• 1-3 years sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and evaluate customers’ potential product needs.
• Maintain product knowledge and inform customers about Buckeye options and competitor options.
• Process customer orders and manage store inventory and cash handling.
• Travel to multiple store locations as needed to support operations.
• Resolve issues through collaboration with customer operations management.
• Promote Buckeye products and services to achieve above-average monthly sales.
