Job summary

Charter Communications, operating as Spectrum, seeks a Retail Sales Specialist in Ohio to promote and sell our internet, TV, mobile, and voice services to customers. Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
High comfort level with personal technology and mobile devices.
Basic math skills.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and to prioritize, organize, manage multiple tasks and handle change effectively.
Familiarity with goal- and incentive-based work environments.
Strong performance in a fast-paced team environment.
Effective communication with employees and customers in person, on the phone and in writing.

Responsibilities

Promote and sell Spectrum products and services to existing and new customers.
Enhance the customer experience while meeting sales, service, and operational goals.
Identify sales opportunities and educate customers on products and promotions.
