Solidigm Inc. is seeking an Associate Account Manager to join our Global Sales Group. This entry-level role supports account teams by developing customer relationships, coordinating internal execution, and tracking account priorities across major hyperscaler and enterprise customers.

The role offers exposure to advanced NAND technology and SSD solutions, with opportunities to learn commercial, operational, and technical aspects of semiconductor storage in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel up to 50% and support multiple accounts.
• Interest in sales, customer engagement, semiconductor technology and data-center solutions.
• Ability to learn technical concepts quickly and communicate product and business information clearly.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong follow-through in a fast-paced environment.
• Foundational understanding of forecasting, pricing, contracts, and supply coordination.

Responsibilities

• Support account managers and FAEs in understanding customer needs and tracking priorities.
• Develop knowledge of Solidigm products, sales processes, and market dynamics to identify opportunities.
• Prepare customer-facing materials, follow-ups, business reviews, forecasts, and internal updates.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Planning, Operations and other teams to support execution.
