You’ll lead activities, support families, and supervise volunteers to promote independence and social connection.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience with recreational therapy practices is advantageous.
• Strong empathy, leadership and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement person-centered activity programs to foster engagement.
• Create and manage weekly and monthly activity schedules.
• Evaluate programs to reflect residents' backgrounds and abilities.
• Provide one-to-one activities for residents who avoid groups.
• Supervise volunteers for in-house activities and community outings.
