Job summary

Motorola Solutions, Avigilon division, is seeking a Sales Development Representative in Allen, TX to prospect, qualify, and develop relationships with key decision-makers. The role involves outbound calls, lead qualification in Salesforce, and coordinating webinars to drive pipeline.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or 6+ months in sales, familiarity with video surveillance tech, and prior Salesforce CRM experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 6+ months of sales experience
• Experience in inside sales is preferred
• Knowledge of video surveillance/security technology sales is a plus
• Salesforce CRM experience is preferred
• Preferred prior sales development experience

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business and develop relationships with key decision-makers
• Qualify leads from multiple sources and report activity
• Respond to customer needs and position Avigilon solutions
• Coordinate, promote and lead region webinars as directed
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives and activity metrics
