Job summary

This salaried role combines sales, revenue operations, and business development to manage workflows, analyze pipeline, and drive cross-functional initiatives. You will coordinate across Sales, Finance, Service Delivery, Professional Services, and technical teams, while developing new business through targeted prospecting and discovery.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in sales operations or related roles.
• Ability to prioritize work and resolve non-routine issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate across Sales, Finance, Service Delivery and Technical teams.
• Experience with CRM data discipline and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and manage proposals, renewals, and CRM issues.
• Analyze CRM, pipeline, pricing, renewal data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate quote-to-cash and customer lifecycle activities across teams.
• Identify process improvements to strengthen accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain high-quality CRM and revenue information and reporting.
• Develop outbound prospecting through calls, emails, social outreach.
• Research and qualify prospective customers.
• Travel up to 10% for visits and events.
