Applied Molecules is seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager for graphic arts and composites in a remote U.S. role with 50% travel. You will sell UV/EB coatings, lead press trials, and manage customer projects from trials to long-term partnerships.

The successful candidate has 7+ years in technical sales, hands-on UV/LED/EB experience, and strong relationships with label/packaging or automotive composite molders. Expect a competitive base with bonus and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B technical sales in coatings/inks/adhesives or related.
• Hands-on knowledge of UV/UV LED or EB curing with graphic arts or composites domain.

Responsibilities

• Sell UV/UV LED/EB coatings to label printers and packaging converters.
• Lead press trials with customers and lab to convert trials into repeat business.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline; forecast and maintain CRM records; collaborate with chemists and plant.
