Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Account Executives to meet and exceed goals.
• Use Salesforce and analytics tools to uncover insights and drive strategies.
• Conduct 1:1s, team huddles and performance reviews to motivate and align.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline visibility through CRM.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain top sales talent.
