Job summary

Trane Technologies is offering a 12-week Summer internship focused on technical sales and building efficiency. You will work with top Sales Account Managers on real projects across North America, gaining exposure to HVAC equipment, controls, and customer solutions.

You will explore the roles within our Graduate Training Program after graduation, while developing leadership and communication skills in a collaborative environment. Training and exposure to multiple business units are included.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree for the entire internship.
• U.S. citizen or legally eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Interest in continuous learning in technical fields and engineering concepts.
• Roles may be remote, hybrid, or on-site across North America.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 12 months of eligibility and no major driving violations in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales Account Managers and customers.
• Understand design, application, and sale of systems, controls, parts, and services for commercial/industrial buildings.
• Attend sales meetings and customer interactions with mentors.
• Be hands-on in sales engineering steps during the internship.
• Build relationships with customers as a daily point of contact to shape solutions.

Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree (ongoing)
