Zusammenfassung

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking an experienced Commercial Counsel to join its legal team in Greater Boston. This hybrid role supports a sophisticated sales organization, negotiating a wide range of customer-facing technology and commercial agreements.

You will partner with Sales and business teams, advise on privacy and cybersecurity issues, and help drive transactions while balancing legal risk with business objectives. In-house tech/SaaS experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 5+ years of relevant legal experience, with significant commercial contracting experience.
• Strong background negotiating SaaS, software licensing, technology, and/or services agreements.
• Experience directly supporting Sales or other revenue-generating business teams strongly preferred.
• Ability to independently manage sophisticated negotiations and balance legal risk with business objectives.

Aufgaben

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex customer-facing commercial agreements.
• Handle SaaS, software licensing, technology, professional services, MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, and related agreements.
• Partner directly with Sales and business teams to drive transactions while managing legal and commercial risk.
• Advise on privacy, cybersecurity, data protection, AI, and other technology-related contractual issues.
• Assist with customer escalations, disputes, contract interpretation, and other commercial matters.
• Develop and improve contract templates, negotiation playbooks, policies, and contracting processes.
• Support vendor and procurement agreements and broader corporate legal matters.
