Confluence is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to join our global legal team. This high-impact role is based in Boston or Pittsburgh with a hybrid, remote-first approach and reports to the Chief Legal Officer, focusing on North America commercial and regulatory needs.

You will negotiate complex SaaS and technology contracts, advise on data protection and privacy, and collaborate with product, sales, and operations to support business objectives.

Formación

• Licensed attorney in Massachusetts or Pennsylvania.
• 5–7+ years’ legal experience in transactional practice at a major U.S. law firm.
• Extensive experience drafting and negotiating corporate and commercial contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Negotiate complex SaaS and technology contracts with customers and vendors.
• Advise on data protection, privacy and information security.
• Provide pragmatic legal guidance across business functions and negotiate to closure.
