Qualifications

• Ability to commute to Boston office 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements including SaaS, NDAs, and DPAs.
• Work with sales and GTM teams to streamline the deal cycle.
• Help implement Contract Lifecycle Management and legal tech-related tools.
• Collaborate with Product and Security teams on compliance.
• Stay updated on changes to domestic and global privacy laws.
