Technical Functional Analyst role is crucial for enhancing MetLife's technical capabilities to manage risk across the company. Understanding the risk framework, exploring technical options, and recommending, influencing, and executing contemporary technology solutions are key goals for this position. This is an exciting opportunity for a technical functional analyst who appreciates the importance of risk management and has a passion for being part of a great and successful team. You will play a key role in understanding the needs of our business partners, researching the best technology solutions in partnership with the Risk IT team, Architecture, and other departments, and helping drive execution. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to learn and implement cloud-based and AI solutions that will be integral to the pattern and orchestration for successful delivery.
This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.
The expected salary range for this position is $90,000 - $117,400. This role may also be eligible for annual short‑term incentive compensation and stock‑based long‑term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
