Job summary

JPMorganChase in Jersey City is seeking a Tech Risk Controls Lead to govern resiliency across Employee Platforms, ensuring recovery, availability and regulatory compliance. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technology risk management, cybersecurity or risk mitigation.
• Experience in technology or business resiliency, disaster recovery, or cloud engineering.
• Knowledge of resiliency frameworks, recovery planning and testing methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs with executive visibility.
• Strong ability to influence across Engineering, Architecture, Product, Infrastructure and Security.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Identify, quantify and manage technology risk with remediation recommendations.
• Govern Employee Platforms resiliency governance and roadmap priorities.
• Oversee resiliency control procedures, recovery plans and testing obligations.
• Lead PTX resiliency governance with Engineering, Architecture, Product and SRE teams.
• Supervise recovery planning, cyber and data recovery documentation and non-compliant controls.
• Support test planning, evidence collection, audits and remediation of findings.
• Align technology recovery with business continuity objectives and service readiness.
• Build partnerships across Lines of Business, Cybersecurity and Technology Controls.
• Drive standardization, automation and continuous improvement in resiliency activities.
• Leverage enterprise AI tools to accelerate risk work while ensuring security.
• Coach resiliency managers and engineers toward AI-enabled capabilities.
