Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Tech Risk Controls Lead within Corporate - Employee Platforms. You will govern resiliency control objectives, advance a strategy for critical services, and partner with senior stakeholders to strengthen operational resilience across technology, cyber, cloud and data recovery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technology risk management, cybersecurity or regulatory compliance.
• Experience leading resiliency programs spanning tech recovery, cloud, cyber and operations.
• Strong knowledge of resiliency frameworks, recovery planning, testing and governance.
• Proven ability to influence across Engineering, Architecture, Product, Infrastructure, Security and Risk teams.
• Excellent written, verbal and executive communication with data-driven storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Identify, quantify and manage technology risk with remediation recommendations.
• Govern resiliency governance and roadmaps across technology recovery, cloud and operations.
• Oversee resiliency control procedures, testing, audits and executive reporting.
• Lead PTX resiliency governance with cross-functional partners to ensure production readiness.
• Coordinate recovery planning, testing, cyber and data recovery documentation and action plans.
• Manage remediation of resiliency findings and regulatory reviews.
