Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Tech Risk & Controls Lead within Employee Platforms / Workforce and Experience Technology to identify and mitigate technology risks and ensure controls operate effectively in line with regulatory standards.

You will partner with product owners, business control managers, and regulators, providing subject-matter guidance while driving risk-informed decisions and maintaining governance across the technology landscape.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technology risk management or related field.
• Familiarity with risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of data security, risk assessment, reporting, and governance.
• Ability to influence executive-level strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Identify, quantify, communicate, and manage technology risk; focus on root cause analysis and resolution recommendations.
• Develop relationships with LOB technologists, assessments teams, and data officers to enable cross-functional collaboration.
• Execute reporting and governance of controls, policies, issue management, and measurements for senior management.
• Monitor control effectiveness and recommend enhancements to strengthen risk posture and regulatory compliance.
