Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Infrastructure Platforms Control Oversight Lead to manage the end-to-end governance of control procedures and objectives in the Archer catalog. You will establish intake, impact assessment, approval, and tracking processes to ensure resilient, scalable controls and alignment with firm standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology risk management, information security, or related fields.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and cybersecurity standards.
• Ability to translate risk insights into business strategy for executives.
• Experience with governance, risk, and compliance controls and testing.

Responsibilities

• Own the control review vision, roadmap, and backlog for Archer catalog changes from intake to implementation tracking.
• Build and operate governance for control changes and their impact on Infrastructure Platforms.
• Identify, quantify, and remediate technology risk with root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Product Security, 2LOD, Audit, and platform leaders to align with standards.
• Deliver governance reporting, insights on control effectiveness, and risk posture.
• Perform control assessments, QA reviews, and remediation oversight.
• Define KRIs/KPIs and SLAs to drive resiliency and scalability in control reviews.
• Create traceability for catalog changes and audit-ready artifacts.
• Drive continuous improvement via feedback and testing results.
