Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Tech Risk & Controls Lead in Infrastructure Platforms to identify and mitigate technology risks across the Digital Workflows line. You will provide SME guidance to owners, ensure controls operate effectively, and report on risk posture to senior leadership.

You will partner with Product Owners, Control Managers, and Regulators to drive governance, including AI-assisted risk summaries, while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and firm policies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technology risk management or a related field.
• Familiarity with risk management frameworks and financial industry regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of data security, risk assessment, and governance with demonstrated risk mitigation.
• Ability to influence executives and translate technology insights into business strategy.
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities to support risk and controls workflows.

Responsibilities

• Identify, quantify, communicate, and manage technology risk with root-cause analysis.
• Build relationships with LOB technologists, assessment teams, and data officers.
• Govern controls, policies, issue management, and measurements with senior-management insights.
• Monitor control effectiveness, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Leverage AI to accelerate synthesis of risk evidence and draft executive-ready reporting.
• Ensure alignment with auditability, security, and regulatory expectations.
