Capital One’s Business Risk Office seeks a Sr. Manager, Cyber Risk & Analysis for Retail Bank Premium Products & Experiences. You will partner with senior technology leaders to shape technology risk posture and govern the responsible implementation of AI across large programs.

Lead risk assessments, drive policy updates, oversee risk programs, and coordinate with Cyber, Audit and Risk functions. This high-impact role offers visibility, leadership growth, and a path to influence

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
At least 3 years of People Management experience.
At least 7 years of experience in technology, cybersecurity, risk management and related fields.

Responsibilities

Act as the end-to-end tech and cyber risk partner for senior technology executives, providing comprehensive support to engineering organizations.
Design and implement AI applications, agents, and automation workflows to enhance risk monitoring and governance.
Rationalize tech and cyber controls to align with processes and update enterprise policies, standards, and control descriptions.
Lead large-scale architecture transformation programs and technology integrations with tight scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Collaborate with Cyber, Audit, and Risk functions to ensure coverage of shared controls and communicate risk strategies.
Serve as the primary point of contact for audit and compliance engagements, creating high-level reporting and metrics.
