Job summary

Appsierra Group in San Francisco is seeking a Resource Manager to optimize resource allocation across projects and drive operational efficiency. You will work with cross-functional teams to align capacity with demand and support strategic growth.

You will develop allocation plans, monitor utilization, prepare monthly performance and budget reports, and lead capacity planning workshops. Strong analytics, stakeholder management, and experience with Agile/Scrum are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
3+ years of experience in resource planning or project management within a tech environment.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience with Agile and Scrum frameworks.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain resource allocation plans for multiple concurrent projects.
Monitor resource utilization and forecast future needs to support business growth.
