Axiom Path is assisting a leading financial services organization in Charlotte, NC by placing a Technology Resilience Analyst. You will partner with infrastructure, cloud, application, and cybersecurity teams to strengthen recovery readiness across enterprise environments.

The role requires experience in technology operations, disaster recovery, and strong communication skills. Expect exposure to recovery testing, incident analysis, and executive reporting in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in technology operations, infrastructure support, production support, disaster recovery, cloud operations, systems administration, or related technical disciplines.

Responsibilities

Support technology resilience initiatives by partnering with engineering and operations teams to improve recovery readiness.
Participate in technical discussions across servers, databases, networking, storage, cloud platforms, backup/recovery technologies, and enterprise applications.
Analyze disruptions, identify recovery challenges, and drive remediation activities.
Create recovery test documentation, reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations.
Translate complex technical information into clear insights for technical and leadership audiences.
