Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years in technology resilience, business continuity, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of BIA and TIA concepts and recovery requirements.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship; willing to reside within 50 miles of designated locations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update technology resilience and BCDR program artifacts and targets.
• Lead Technology Impact Assessments to identify critical dependencies.
• Translate business impact requirements into technology recovery expectations and sequences.
• Assess recovery capabilities against resiliency standards to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Plan and execute resilience validation activities and recovery rehearsals.
• Author assessment materials, checklists, and evidence capture templates; support remediation tracking.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to validate recovery procedures and dependencies.
• Ensure technology resilience requirements are integrated into escalation and recovery processes.
• Manage third‑party continuity considerations and vendor dependencies.
• Measure program health and report on readiness trends.
• Train recovery participants and stakeholders on BIA/TIA expectations.
