sites, focusing on Technology Impact Assessments and critical dependency mapping to support essential business operations. The role partners with technology, product, and crisis management teams to validate recovery requirements, maintain BCDR artifacts, and drive remediation of resiliency gaps.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of technology resilience, business continuity, disaster recovery, or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of BIA and TIA concepts, RTO/RPO, and recovery sequencing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update technology resilience and BCDR program artifacts (BIAs, TIA, recovery plans).
• Lead Technology Impact Assessments identifying critical dependencies.
• Translate business impact requirements into technology recovery expectations (RTO/RPO, sequencing).
• Assess recovery capabilities versus enterprise standards and identify gaps and risks.
• Plan and execute resilience validation activities (tabletop exercises, drills, failovers).
• Coordinate with stakeholders to validate recovery procedures and dependency mappings.
• Measure program health and report trends in resiliency metrics to leadership.
