Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Five+ years in technology resilience, business continuity, disaster recovery, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of BIA and TIA concepts, including RTO/RPO and resiliency gaps.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship; reside within 50 miles of Beachwood, OH, Galesburg MI, Houston TX, Menomonee Falls WI, Moon Township PA, or Raleigh NC.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update technology resilience artifacts (BIAs, Technology Impact Assessments, recovery plans, runbooks, RTO/RPO targets, dependency mappings).
• Lead and support Technology Impact Assessments identifying critical dependencies.
• Translate business impact requirements into technology recovery expectations (RTO/RPO, recovery sequencing).
• Assess recovery capabilities against resiliency standards to identify gaps and risks.
• Plan and execute validation activities (tabletop exercises, drills, failovers, dependency walkthroughs).
• Author and maintain assessment materials and evidence; support remediation tracking.
