Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technology operations, infrastructure support, production support, disaster recovery, cloud operations, systems administration, or related technical disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Support technology resilience initiatives by partnering with engineering and operations teams to improve recovery readiness.
• Participate in technical discussions across servers, databases, networking, storage, cloud platforms, backup/recovery technologies, and enterprise applications.
• Analyze disruptions, identify recovery challenges, and drive remediation activities.

Requirements

Are you an experienced Technology Resilience Analyst ready to make an impact?

• 3+ years of experience in technology operations, infrastructure support, production support, disaster recovery, cloud operations, systems administration, application support, or related technical disciplines.
• Experience participating in technical discussions across infrastructure, databases, networking, storage, cloud platforms, backup/recovery technologies, and enterprise applications.
• Experience with ServiceNow BCM Module and creating ServiceNow dashboards is highly preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand complex technical issues and communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and cross-functional teams.
