Gophermods in Minneapolis, MN, is seeking an Entry-Level IT Repair Technician to repair Apple, Chromebook, and PC devices. The role includes hands-on training, a weekday daytime schedule, and a clear path to senior roles, with competitive hourly pay and bonuses.

You will work on a range of devices, participate in device deployments, and support schools and businesses with repair workflows, ensuring quality repairs and documentation.

Qualifications

• Entry-level IT repair experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Comfort with fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Chromebooks, MacBooks, Windows laptops, iPads, tablets, and desktops.
• Perform screen, battery, and component replacements and full device refurbishments.
• Support K–12 districts and business clients with device repair and deployment.
• Configure, image, and deploy devices with care and precision for managed services.
• Maintain documentation, tickets, and invoicing in company systems.
