Qualifications

• Two years in tech support or IT services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair Chromebooks, PCs and peripherals.
• Support students, teachers and staff via Help Desk requests.
• Test fixes and verify problem resolution; document issues.
• Troubleshoot network performance and connectivity; manage wiring.
• Maintain inventory and ticketing system; keep work area organized.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with users.
