Fifteen West in Dallas is seeking an ambitious Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant to join a high-performing team. This sales-led role focuses on developing new business, building relationships, and achieving revenue targets with uncapped commissions.

You'll start office-based for 8 weeks, then move to a hybrid schedule with 4 days on-site and 1 day remote. The company offers structured training, mentorship, and clear progression into leadership roles.
