Fifteen West in Uptown Dallas is seeking a Recruitment Consultant – Technology. You will handle live vacancies for established clients, source and qualify candidates, and guide them through interviews and offers while building your own recruitment desk.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in recruitment or B2B sales, enjoy building relationships, and are motivated by a structured onboarding program, coaching, and uncapped commission. On-site work five days per week with free parking is provided.

The Recruitment Consultant will initially manage live vacancies for existing clients while developing the skills, relationships, and commercial confidence to build and own a specialist recruitment desk.

Role Highlights

You Will Need

• Around 1–3 years of recruitment or B2B sales experience, although strong candidates with approximately 12 months of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to build lasting professional relationships.
• A commercial mindset, personal accountability, and motivation to achieve measurable results.
• A willingness to learn, embrace feedback, and develop your sales and negotiation skills.
• The ability to work from the Uptown Dallas office five days per week. Previous IT recruitment experience is not required.
