Mondo is seeking a driven Technical Recruiter to source, engage, and place top-tier tech talent in a hybrid Chicago-based role. Expect ownership of the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle, proactive outreach, and close collaboration with hiring managers to fill critical technical roles.

The role offers a $50,000-$70,000 base with uncapped commission and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, paid holidays, and wellness reimbursements.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting tech roles and building pipelines.
• Ability to source and engage passive candidates.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication with candidates and clients.

Responsibilities

• Own the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement.
• Build and maintain a strong technical candidate pipeline.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and roles.
• Source passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search.
• Manage candidate relationships with a high-touch, proactive approach.
• Operate with an entrepreneurial mindset in a performance-based environment.
