Mondo in New York City is seeking a driven Technical Recruiter to source, engage, and place top-tier tech talent in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. You will own the recruitment lifecycle and build lasting partnerships with hiring teams to understand technical needs.

This role offers uncapped earning potential through a base salary of $65,000–$80,000 plus commissions, with a hybrid NYC work arrangement and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–10 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or a people-facing role.
• 2–3 years in recent roles strongly preferred.
• Proven success in a high-performance, metrics-driven recruiting environment.
• Strong sourcing, cold outreach, and pipeline generation across technical disciplines.
• Competitive, financially motivated with uncapped earning potential.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with urgency and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own the recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and placement.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical candidates through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Partner consultatively with hiring managers and clients to deeply understand technical roles and team needs.
• Source passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, boolean search, and creative outreach strategies.
• Manage candidate relationships with a high-touch, responsive approach that reflects your personal brand.
• Operate with an entrepreneurial mindset and ownership mentality in a performance-based environment.
