Mondo in Denver is seeking a highly motivated Technical Recruiter to join our team. This role blends remote work with a weekly on-site presence, ideal for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and loves connecting with people.

You’ll own the full recruiting process from sourcing to closing, build a national pipeline of technical talent, and collaborate with Account Managers to align candidates with client needs.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in a sales-centric recruiting environment.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities with tight attention to detail.
• Confident picking up the phone and driving results.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline nationwide.
• Own the full recruiting process from sourcing to closing.
• Conduct cold calls and outreach to engage top talent.
• Partner with Account Managers to align talent with client needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to offer.
