Datadog is seeking a Tech Recruiter to shape how we grow, the candidate experience, and how we tell the Datadog story. You will be the face of recruiting, the first contact for candidates, and pivotal in turning top talent into Datadog employees.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in full-lifecycle technical recruiting (in-house or agency).
• Proven sourcing mastery locating top talent.
• Ability to work independently on multiple roles.
• Strong selling, negotiating, and closing skills.
• Able to navigate an evolving recruiting process.

Responsibilities

• Find qualified dev eng talent for open roles via sourcing, posts, and referrals.
• Screen candidates to match roles and requirements.
• Collaborate with leadership to design or streamline interview processes.
• Ensure follow-up and closure for interviewed candidates.
• Negotiate compensation with qualified candidates.
• Enhance recruitment processes through training interview teams.
• Use Greenhouse to track progress and maintain clean data.
• Ensure an excellent interview experience for all candidates.
