Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting (in-house or agency).
• Proven ability to engage passive candidates and build pipelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain active and passive candidate pipelines for senior roles.
• Collaborate with recruiters to design tailored engagement strategies.
• Act as first point of contact for candidates and tell the Datadog story.
• Champion job openings internally and leverage networks to uncover hidden talent.
• Map market trends and talent movement to inform outreach.
