Job summary

NexTech Capital is expanding its Los Angeles office and seeking a results-focused Recruitment Consultant for a full-desk role that combines business development with candidate recruitment. You will cultivate relationships with technology companies, win new business, source specialized candidates and guide the hiring process from initial contact to offer acceptance.

While recruitment or sales experience helps, motivated candidates from diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ambitious and results-driven.
• Comfortable with outbound outreach.
• Resilient, organized and coachable.
• Recruitment or sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Must reside in the Los Angeles area and be able to commute 3–5 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Develop new clients through phone, email and LinkedIn outreach.
• Build relationships with founders, executives and hiring managers.
• Source and interview candidates.
• Present qualified candidates to clients.
• Manage interviews, offers and placements.
• Develop expertise within the semiconductor and AI markets.
• Work toward activity, placement and revenue goals.
