Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior HR Recruiter to partner with hiring managers and stakeholders for full lifecycle recruiting in a hybrid role based in McLean, VA. You will craft job descriptions, source diverse pipelines, and negotiate offers while leveraging data to report status and results.

W2 employment with benefits is offered; rate range is $50.00–$65.00/hr. The team emphasizes inclusive sourcing and collaboration across a high-performing HR group.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, client consulting, or a mix.
• PHR certification preferred.
• 4+ years of corporate full lifecycle recruiting, research and sourcing preferred.
• 2+ years consulting with multiple hiring managers and maintaining relationships preferred.
• Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to attract and recruit diverse talent using innovative techniques.
• Experience with compensation and general HR requirements related to hiring.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers, business leaders, and stakeholders to understand talent needs.
• Manage full lifecycle recruiting, including job descriptions, sourcing, branding, screening, process advising, and offer negotiation.
• Develop and execute sourcing plans to identify and recruit top talent from identification through closing.
• Promote a culture of inspiration, empowerment, and inclusion across a team of recruiters.
• Leverage recruiting data to provide proactive updates and hiring results to leadership and HR partners.
• Source candidates using search engines, career sites, events, and other innovative techniques.
