North Bridge Staffing Group partners with a Chicago fintech company to recruit a Recruitment Associate to support high-volume hiring across its Contact Center. This role suits a recruiter or Recruiting Coordinator who enjoys managing candidate pipelines, reviewing applications, and delivering a strong candidate experience from application through offer.

The position is hybrid in downtown Chicago, with onsite Tuesday–Thursday and remote Monday and Friday.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of recruiting or recruiting coordination experience.
• Experience managing candidate pipelines or supporting high-volume recruiting.
• Experience reviewing resumes and applications and making disposition decisions.
• Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume candidate pipelines across multiple Contact Center hiring classes.
• Review incoming applications and resumes and determine which candidates meet qualifications.
• Move qualified candidates through the HireVue video interview process.
• Coordinate candidate assessments and interview processes.
• Schedule interviews and maintain consistent candidate communication.
• Support candidates throughout the offer process.
• Maintain accurate candidate statuses and recruiting activity within the ATS.
• Partner closely with recruiters to understand hiring priorities and keep pipelines moving.
• Help create an organized, efficient candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
