Theoris is seeking a Technical Recruiter in Indianapolis to attract and hire top IT and engineering talent. You will develop recruiting strategies, screen candidates, negotiate terms, and build a strong talent pipeline in collaboration with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• BS or higher in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of engineering/IT recruitment experience in staffing.
• Strong customer service, sales and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruiting strategies to identify qualified IT/engineering candidates.
• Match candidates to client requirements via evaluation, screening and interviewing.
• Negotiate wages and terms, secure commitments for current and future roles.
• Manage consultant/contractor base on assignment and address issues as needed.
• Collaborate with Client Services to target accounts and staffing needs.
• Communicate clearly and maintain thorough ATS documentation.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts for referrals.
• Provide exemplary service to clients and candidates and grow the talent pipeline.
