Supermicro is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Human Resources team in San Jose, CA. This full life-cycle role focuses on engineering, sales, corporate G&A, and product management, with a strong emphasis on talent sourcing and end-to-end recruitment.

You will build candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, and drive requisitions from open to close, while partnering with hiring managers to meet forecasts and diversity goals.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or relevant field.
• 1–3 years of full life cycle recruiting experience in technology EMS or staffing firm.
• Proven ability to hire for Engineering and Product Management roles.
• Experience sourcing and recruiting for a hardware manufacturing company is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and experience engaging passive candidates.
• Strong sense of urgency with ability to juggle multiple positions.
• Knowledge of recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems.
• Contract to hire position.

Responsabilidades

• Source and build candidate pipelines for all positions, especially in Engineering and Product Management; coordinate and schedule phone screens and on-site interviews.
• Lead recruitment lifecycle activities: sourcing, screening, interviewing, pre-selecting, and offer management.
• Proactively identify passive candidates and maintain long-term relationships.
• Use multiple sourcing channels to provide high-quality candidates.
• Implement cost-effective recruitment strategies (referrals, postings, networking, job fairs).
• Provide excellent candidate experience through communication and relationship-building.
• Coach managers on assessments to test candidates’ capabilities.
• Align with stakeholders on hiring forecasts and priorities to fill needs timely.
• Set hiring goals and track KPIs like time to hire and source of hire.
• Maintain and update recruitment metrics and reporting.
