• Flexible, approachable, and able to engage with staff at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Schedule phone and on-site interviews for different departments.
• Act as the point of contact for the candidates and ensure managers are interviewing the candidates in a timely manner.
• Keep communication channels open and continue to follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Attract right candidates and foster the candidate experience.
• Assist in sourcing candidates and present them to hiring managers.
• Play an active role in full cycle recruitments.
